Langenselbold, sports complex

The Thermo Fisher Stadium in Langenselbold is a modern sports facility that was built in 2009 for Hessentag in Langenselbold. The stadium was named after its main sponsor, Thermo Fisher Scientific. The stadium can accommodate around 500 spectators and has two artificial turf pitches (one large field and two small fields), a grass area without a tartan track, and a grass area with a tartan track and a long jump facility. In addition to soccer games, athletics events and other sporting events are also held here.
