What Are WHG and LAU Surfaces?

WHG refers to the German Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz), which regulates the handling of substances hazardous to water. LAU surfaces (storage, filling, and handling areas) must be completely sealed to prevent any uncontrolled discharge of liquids into the soil. Our tested drainage systems provide maximum reliability and long-term performance – ideal for industrial facilities, commercial areas, and municipal sites.
